I want to sincerely appreciate everyone that called, chat and send mail to find out why i stopped the web teaching, i am greatly encouraged by your concerns. The silence was actually due to some technical challenges, but by the grace of God, I am back. As we continued on the series ;RECLAIMING AND REPOSSESSING YOUR DIVINE CONSIGNMENT,our focus today shall be PRACTICAL STEPS TO ENJOY DIVINE CONSIGNMENT. Join me as we consider the first step;

Consignment is an offshoot of an assignment. There can not be consignment without a commitment to an assignment. It is your commitment to the things of the kingdom that will attract the commitment of God to your life. The only thing that was expected of Adam to do to access the consignment was to dress and keep the garden;
“15 And the LORD God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it.” Gen.2:15

The whole earth is the garden of God and you are created by God for a single assignment of dressing and keeping it. Every great person that has ever access this divine consignment are committed to the service of God. For example, the Apostles were true witness of the divine consignment but yet they were committed servant of God.
Beloved, God may not be committed to you if you are not committed to Him. but one thing is sure, nothing can destroy you as long as you are fruitful for Him.

How do we render a worthy service or make our service worthy
1 ¶ And it came to pass on the day that Moses had fully set up the tabernacle, and had anointed it, and sanctified it, and all the instruments thereof, both the altar and all the vessels thereof, and had anointed them, and sanctified them;2 That the princes of Israel, heads of the house of their fathers, who were the princes of the tribes, and were over them that were numbered, offered: {and were: Heb. who stood} 3 And they brought their offering before the LORD, six covered wagons, and twelve oxen; a wagon for two of the princes, and for each one an ox: and they brought them before the tabernacle. 4 And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, 5 Take it of them, that they may be to do the service of the tabernacle of the congregation; and thou shalt give them unto the Levites, to every man according to his service. 6 And Moses took the wagons and the oxen, and gave them unto the Levites. 7 Two wagons and four oxen he gave unto the sons of Gershon, according to their service: 8 And four wagons and eight oxen he gave unto the sons of Merari, according unto their service, under the hand of Ithamar the son of Aaron the priest. 9 But unto the sons of Kohath he gave none: because the service of the sanctuary belonging unto them was that they should bear upon their shoulders. 10 ¶ And the princes offered for dedicating of the altar in the day that it was anointed, even the princes offered their offering before the altar. 11 And the LORD said unto Moses, They shall offer their offering, each prince on his day, for the dedicating of the altar.” Num. 7:1-11

a. Make God your focus:

The work of God is all about men and for men, all that God will do shall be done by men and for men. So, whatever you have; be it gift, anointing, skill, potential, insight, money, connections and the likes is not all about you, it is about God. It was Moses that build the terbanacle by the help and provision of God, it was not God that came down to do it all by Himself. But this was made possible because some people made themselves available for God;

1 ¶ And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, 2 See, I have called by name Bezaleel the son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah:3 And I have filled him with the spirit of God, in wisdom, and in understanding, and in knowledge, and in all manner of workmanship, 4 To devise cunning works, to work in gold, and in silver, and in brass, 5 And in cutting of stones, to set them, and in carving of timber, to work in all manner of workmanship. 6 And I, behold, I have given with him Aholiab, the son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan: and in the hearts of all that are wise hearted I have put wisdom, that they may make all that I have commanded thee; 7 The tabernacle of the congregation, and the ark of the testimony, and the mercy seat that is thereupon, and all the furniture of the tabernacle, {furniture: Heb. ves” Ex.31:1-7
They receive special wisdom that stood them out among their collegue for the purpose of fulfilling an assignment for God. The money you have, your wisdom, connections and others were given to you by God for specific assignment; don’t abuse it. However, it is your level of availability for God that determines your usefulfulness on earth.

b. Geniuely offer your offering:
“That the princes of Israel, heads of the house of their fathers, who were the princes of the tribes, and were over them that were numbered, offered: {and were: Heb. who stood} 3 And they brought their offering before the LORD, six covered wagons, and twelve oxen; a wagon for two of the princes, and for each one an ox: and they brought them before the tabernacle…11 And the LORD said unto Moses, They shall offer their offering, each prince on his day, for the dedicating of the altar.” Num.7:2-3,11

Offering is more than money, there is something call “your offering”, and that is your life. To offer your offering is to priotize your walk above your work.
Your walk with Christ is the necessary basis for your work for Christ.

Pay close attention to yourself [your walk] and to your teaching [your work]” (1 Tim 4:16).
It’s the same principle Paul imparted to the Ephesian elders when he said,
“Be on guard for yourselves and for all the flock” Acts 20:28.

First, your walk; then, your work. Your work for the Lord must always be an overflow of your walk with the Lord. I define ministry as being full of Jesus Christ and slopping over unto others. That means that your ministry will be backed by a life of integrity; you are imparting to others what you have because you walk in reality with Christ. So to offer your offering is to;
i. Pay attention to your walk with Jesus Christ: One reason the church is often short of workers is that so many who attend church are not walking in daily reality with the living God. They attend church because it meets some of their personal needs. If it fails to meet their needs, they either shop around for another church that does meet their needs or they stop going altogether. They are living for self and using God and the church to meet their needs. Serving God is not volunteering for Jesus, or doing a job because the pastor or the church needs your help. Serving God is about dying to self and living to please Jesus. God never called us primarily to a task. Rather, He called us to Himself. Before I can do something for God I must be something in my relationship with God. I can only impart to others in ministry what I possess from my walk with the Lord. Therefore, the primary responsibility of every believer is to develop godliness through the daily discipline of a walk with the Lord Jesus.
ii. Pay attention to your work for Christ.
The second dimension of your offering is to pay attention to your work for the Lord. Don’t be idle in God’s house
“Pay close attention to yourself and to your teaching” (1 Tim 4:16).
Since Timothy’s spiritual gift was in the area of teaching the word of God, he was to focus on that. Focus on doing something for God.
